The recent COVID-19 crisis has thrown the travel industry into one of its greatest crisis ever and yet it has in some ways brought us closer together. As we gear up to face the “new normal”, we are more than ever convinced of the need to work closer together, to learn from our shared experiences and find better ways to work. We’d like to cordially invite you to our flagship operations confluence – OPS 2020 to network, discuss, and exchange ideas with other airline representatives as well as other industry experts.
This time around we are planning this to be a virtual or online session (VOPS 2020) that will be held as an ongoing series over a few months. We are going to schedule session with a small number of participants, in order to give every VOPS 2020 attendee enough room to discuss with the other airline participants. This will make VOPS 2020 a very unique format compare to the usual webinars with big amounts of attendees and few answered questions only.
COVID-19: Roadmap to Recovery
A Technical Roadmap to Recovery for Airlines, Cruise Lines & Hotels
"We believe a robust recovery will be driven by technology."
COVID-19 has fundamentally changed how we think about traveling. The Roadmap to Recovery combines customer feedback and 20 years of technical expertise in travel to solve the varied problems that the COVID-19 crisis has introduced to our industry. To help this recovery, we need to transform the travel business, rethinking operations, and processes to keep customers and passengers safe, optimize current costs, find new revenue sources, and manage risk. Together, we reimagine what a robust travel industry looks like post-COVID-19, creating an ever-evolving Roadmap to Recovery.
